For safety reasons, the maximum weight limit is 275 lbs (125 kg). Children as young as 5 years old can participate, often flying “tandem” with one of our professional guides to ensure they have a safe and fun experience.

Not at all! Most of our guests are first-timers. Our bilingual guides do all the clipping and unclipping for you. You just need to sit back, hold on, and enjoy the flight!

Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots) are mandatory—no flip-flops allowed! We recommend comfortable athletic clothing. If you have long hair, please bring a tie to pull it back under the helmet.
